Insolvency Law

Insolvency Law refers to bankruptcy, administration orders and debt restructuring arrangements. On a regular basis, a number of lawyers within our office are appointed by the District Court as trustee in bankruptcy and administrator. Our experience in these positions enables us to give excellent advice to companies with payment problems, to assess whether a state of insolvency can be prevented or solved. This may refer, for instance, to a restart, a settlement with creditors or, if the worst comes to the worst, to discontinue the company in a sensible manner. Should you still be faced with a trustee in bankruptcy, such as, for instance, in case of directors’ liability, we can represent your interests appropriately.
